    - Secured and increased new customer sales within the first 8 months, reversing a negative sales trend: Territory now up 128%.

    - Worked directly with Manufacture’s reps to increase sales, and build new client relationships.

  • Territory Account Manager with Stanley Security Solutions
    2010 - 2014
    - Stanley's High-end Commercial Door Hardware division, San Bernardino & Riverside Counties in California, Las Vegas Nevada.

    - Responsible for sales and management of the largest Southern California & Las Vegas territories with over 350 clients.
    - Developed and implemented a sales marketing tool for account managers to address changes in California Law designed to protect educational institutions and students.

    - Compiled and streamlined an educational packet with information for Behavioral Health Facilities to:
    . Increase patient security and protect their lives.
    . Reduce facility liability.

    - Company removed all Reps and went to supply wholesalers.
  • Consultant & Project Manager with STC-VisCom
    2009 - 2010
    - Construction Division, Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico.
    - Successfully managed a 5.5-million-dollar remodel of 4 large communication, supply, and utility buildings.
    - Interviewed and selected 23 sub-contractors to complete project.
    - Worked alongside The Army Corps of Engineers.
    - Obtained my Quality Control (QC) and Primavera scheduling certification while completing this initiative
    - My job was done once the project was finished.
